27th WSS / 28th Vet WSS Info

I need some help on finding information on the Flemish / Walloon Waffen SS divisions. My father served in one or both of these divisions - and I have his officer's knife and collar rank badge (3 pips in a linear arrangement) and collar division badges from both the 27th and 28th WSS Divisions. Unfortunately, my father is deceased - so I cannot get any more information than I have already.
