New Felpost Translation Request

Four images of handwriting on Feldpost cards written to SS men between Nov 41 - June 42. Can anyone help me again with the translations? Here's hoping :)

I can make out a bits of first three, it'll be a start anyway.

1st one, - I send you greetings from New Ulm; Maria and Gertrud.........

2nd - best of luck and (God's) blessing for 31st birthday

3rd - Dear Steich(?) I wish you health, luck and God's blessing for your birthday, until a healthier (better) reunion

Hi again

Only managed to read the first sentence of the 4th one,

"Dear Richard
8551403 is the number which is assigned to you as your Party membership number. (NSDAP?)"

Its a bit trickey to make out but I have bits and pieces of the rest of it and in time I think I can get it.

Here's what I could read of the 3rd card:

Lieber Richard!
8551403 ist die Nummer
die Du als Parteimitgliedsnummer
erhalten hast. Die Karte liegt
schon auf der Ortsgruppe Rüst- (?)
...tal. Du musst sie selbst
abholen, was derzeit noch
auf beträchtliche Schwierig-
keiten stösst. Also Fernsprecher (?)
..., im telefonieren aber
... schon früher deine Vorliebe
...

(sideways) Parteiabzeichen (?) kommt noch.
