ObStBF Dr. Carl Diebitsch Info Wanted

I would like to do some research on ss obstbf Dr. Carl Diebitsch. He was apparently in charge of Allach production but was also given the assignment by Himmler to create family crests (familiewappen) for high ranking ss people that did not have them. Does anyone have any service history on Dr. Diebitsch and any idea where some of his data might be found on the ss family crests that he might have made up. Specifically the crest that was made for Sepp Dietrich.
