Adm. King

Post by John W. Howard »

Hello Behblc:
You beat me to the mention of King's idiocy in not adopting the recommendation of the RN for convoying merchant ships along the east coast of the US. Many a good sailor and merchant ship went to the grave, because King did not like the British and would not take their advice. He deserved to be court-martialed for it.

At least King has the courage of his convictions, unlike those sorry RN cowards like Cunningham and Sommerville.

Since you seem to want to say something Heinz do so on a thread of your own maikng.
You are hijacking this one and taking it way off track.
Bad Show Sir ! :( :!:
BTW That "courage of own convictions" is a cop out and well you know it.
Start a new thread if you wish to say something.

As "Deupty Dawg" might say " OH MY TOE BONE !".
Not in the least Heinz , I am neither Homophobic , Angloephibic nor am I "Heinzophobic" :D

If the entire Fleet turned out to be gay it would not cause me to blush nor rant and rave , nor would if make me think less of them.

Not the entire fleet, only the Board of Admiralty. Same goes for the Army with its War Council.
