17. & 23. Flak-Divisions, 1945

Hello guys!

I have information that the parts 17 and 23 Flak-Divisions took part in battles in Berlin (april - may, 1945). At the moment I do not have a single German source that could confirm or deny this information. Can anybody help in this matter?

If you are using Soviet data, it is not to be trusted. Both Zhukov and Knoiev's war diaries mis-label German units. Only the 1.Flak Division under Sydow was in Berlin during the fighting. I am very familiar with the OOB of H.Gr. Weichsel (11.Armee, 2.Armee, 4.Armee, 3.Pz.Armee, 9.Armee, 12.Armee, and 21.Armee) from 15 Januaray-May 1945 and I have not come across these units to date.
