Staff Officer

Hi Folks.

I know it´s a bit of a long shot but can anyone identify this staff officer?. The photo was found in a war diary belonging to a work colleagues Grandfather ( not the person in the picture) who served in the Wehrmacht during the war. No one seems to have a clue who it is as there is no one left alive in the family to identify him.

Right off the bat, he is not a staff officer but a General Officer.
