Aerial video of Berlin...

Post by L. Kafka »

I bought a DVD at the Checkpoint Charlie Museum in Berlin that is an aerial tour of the Berlin Wall after reunification. The video will not play because it is apparently in PAL format and North America is on NTCS, or whatever it is called.

Are there DVD on the market in the states that play both formats?

Will it not play on your PC? Some video cards/monitor types will allow you to swap between PAL and NTSC.

Most DVD players on the market today will handle both formats. But Phylo is right, it should play on your PC.
