More info on 716th Static Infantry Division please?

Can anyone give me more info for the 716th?

I had read the history on Feldgrau but I think it's not enough,It'll be great if someone can tell me a full history of the unit,traditions as well as unit strength and is the unit full of volks or trained soldiers from the eastern front or something?Furthermore,can anyone tell me is that a mistletoe as the division's emblem?

As feldgrau says the division was formed from the replacement army with inexperienced troops and eastern volunteers in several infantry battalions (Ost). The euipment was mainly czech and french equipment and the unit had questionable combat value.
