German railway guns

I have often read that after WW1 and the allies occupied Germany they could find no trace of the Paris gun,and the Germans weren't talking.Anybody have any info?
Anybody have information on the fate of the WW2 German railway guns?

I think they did the same thing when WWI was over.. dismantle 'em and scatter 'em all to hell... I think they found the 800mm barrel off of the Dora railway gun or some other large caliber railway gun.

By the way, I guess the barrel could only fire a hundred shot. I've read that the germans must use the round in a precise order. Each shell is slightly larger than the precedent because of the widening of the chamber after each shot because of the enormous pressure. The barrels were after sent to the factory to be melt. So it's normal that no barrel was found.
