Time Life book series 'The Third Reich'

I was recently having a discussion about this series. I think it's one of the best series around altough it mostly deals with the subject on a high level it does have a lot of good eyewitness accounts. It has lots of great pictures and the layout is great. What do you think of this series, I grew up with it.
