84 mm ammo (or 83,8) from the American manufacturer

I got an interesting find on the West Estonian Island Saaremaa. It is a very rare manufacturer and also a caliber for this area. Maybe someone has an idea who could use it here and when? And what weapon could it be there? Maybe the British 18 pounder? But here, the Germans and the Russians have always fought against each other. And they probably didn't use such ammunition.
