Tough Question, any help appreciated

I'm looking for the Wehrmacht manual that contains the "Operations Befehl" (op-order)format.
I've checked original copies of the Officers handbook (1940) and volumes 2,3,4 of the 5 volume set Infantry series and Truppenfuhrung. Does anybody have any ideas?
