Looking for an article from "Der Freiwillige"

Hello there

I hope someone is able to help me, even though my request i VERY wide...

I have been told that an issue of Der Freiwillige from the late (last half) of the 90's should contain an article by a dutchman named Willem Visser which has some information about the 1. Korps Sicherungskompanie, III Germ. Panzerkorps.

Does anyone have the time to look this up for me - or have a way of contacting the publisher who may have access to a list of earlier articles?
