Need Translation

can some one please tell me what this says. This is on the back of a picture that show a German funeral.

In german it is: " Das ist unser Kamerad Uffz. ???? Feihl. Meine Schwester Maria hat ihn gut gekannt."
This is our comrade Uffz. ???? Feihl. My sister Maria knew him well."
The first name is hard to read.

I would hazard a guess that the first name is Richard, based on how he's written Schwester. But I could easily be wrong

does anyone do translations at a reasonable rate i could photo copy and send preferably in canada as its easier to pay .thanx monte p.s let me know the costs ?
