Nautical Flag Bracelet Spells?

Does anyone know what this spells out, if anything? I only got a jumbled mass of random letters when I tried to do it on my own. Thanks.

Doesn't appear to spell anything recognisable:
FL ? ? Y, E, V, H ,T, K, 0
Still working on it with some nautical colleagues!

Further to my last:
Now been told that these flags read as the following:
J E A Y E V O T K 0
Last is a Zero. Still not sure what it means. Hope it helps...
