Lt. Schiefmann

Does anyone know anything about a Lt. Schiefmann, who ended up in Zedelghem camp 2226, Cage 2? He gave a watercolour of the camp to my grandfather, who was one of the staff (RQMS) at that camp.
Other information is a number (B314024), which I am assuming is his PW number.
