Every day I am getting better. Have decided to get some 2 lb weights and "work out a little" . Muscles are pathetic; just like an old man
.I am still behind getting e-mails and p.m.'s replied to, but I'll get there.
Driving again, with self imposed restrictions of course. But it's working.
Pretty soon i will be my old nasty self again.
