Active Topics link restored

The "Active Topics" link on the Feldgrau.net main page has been restored. Previously it returned zero messages whe selected. It now defaults to showing all messages with activity for the past 7 days by default, and you can change it to see all the past activity between 1 day and up to 1 year. This is a quick and easy way to get caught up on what has been recently discussed.
