Is anyone else experiencing the same problem on the Knights Cross holders Biographies database?

I've just run a search for Johannes Krause, got the main list up, chose him and got this:

Is it me, doing something wrong, or is there an access problem?

I'm aware of this problem since we moved to a new server and am (finally) finding a solution and hope to have it in place shortly.
