looks like a R.A.D. broche to me,i dont think you need more text about the r.a.d or the reichsarbeitsdienst,enough to find on the net if you simply google it,hope i helped you

I think it's RAD and Winterhilfe. Though I'm not sure.
Always in need for info about: Dutchmen in the NSKK, HJ and TeNo.

Okay, I've checked my WHW street collections book and it's not in there. Am awaiting further WHW books by end of June early July, will check those out then for you.
