Hans Rickert, Fregattenkapitan

Hello everyone. I'm new to this forum and looking for some info on this german naval officer.
What I have so far is from another collector.

Hans Rickert entered the german navy in april 1913. He first served aboard the "Mainz". October 1917 he again appears on the ranklist as an active officer,serving in the torpedo division and then the "Schlesien". He finished the war as a Sea Cadet officer and instructor.

Hans Rickert enters the navy again in 1933 as a teacher in the U Boat school, Neustadt until 1939. From 1939-1941 he transfered to the U Boat Defense school as an instructor. He rose to the rank of Fregattenkapitan May 5 1941. From Aug 1941 to Oct 1944 he served in the OKM. From Oct 1944 to March 1945 he was commander of the a Navy Arsenal at Gotenhafen.

I would appreciate any info I could add to this. Such as awards or medals, serial#.
