My mailbox was full when notified of new pm. Deleted a few and still waiting for the new pm to find its
way to my inbox. How long does this procedure take?

Annelie - look for the little link embedded in the couple of lines above the post list and right at the "NEW POST" button! Drag your cursor over the line that says something like "Click here to bring down this/these mail item(s)" You'll find it's a LINK - click on it, and your new mail will come in.
