At least that one fired. Most probably will never be fired, and only dropped once!

Sure isn't that why they gave them those white Kepi covers? Just stick one on the butt of your rifle and lift above your head.....
Or white uniform jackets for Italian officers? Attach lanyard to braid and run it up a flagpole....

if you look closely you can almost see the European "CE-approved" sticker on it; sure-fire guarantee it positively, has to....not work.

This is what happens when you fail to understand that the PIAT should not be used as a basis for developing new anti-tank weapons........

Nah, sure they used it for the basis of an equally-effective anti-tank weapon - the BB gun!

Hi,
Probably french canadian soldiers. In France, we never use the word "advice" before firing.
By the way, if the rocket doesn't start, this ATGM is just a PIAT. At least, this weapon is good for running away.
I hope it was only an inert missile. At what distance from the launcher, the warhead safety is unlocked ?
So long.
All we need it's a Dackel in each pocket

This doesn't surprise me with Canada this reminds me of one of my Mates in the Canadian Army he has horror stories about things like this happening all the time. When he told me about some of their Karl Gustav weapons it made me grit my teeth.

Are you supposed to use it in the run-up-to-tank-and fire method like the classic jamming a potato up a car exhaust? THAT would work!
