This picture comes from an article doing it's best to discredit Leon Degrelle, the caption says "leaving the sport palace the 17th january 1943, Leon Degrelle didn't gain the unanimity of the assembly, witness is the egg splashed on his feldgrau uniform."
I am really wondering if this is real picture, it is hard to imagine someone would have dare throwing an egg to the "chef" in a nazi meeting full of nazis and during german occupation.

2 other pictures from the same article, again they've put pictures where Leon Degrelle is not looking at his best.

I believe that the white on that photograph is due to damage recieved over time or due to some accident. It looks like parts of the top layer of the picture has been ripped and the white photographic paper is exposed. The large spots of white are almost in a straight line over the photo, something could have been on top of the picture that damaged it.
Also look at the "egg splatter", it is not only on Leon Degrelle. The man to the right in the picture has it on his boots and pants. The man behind Degrelle also has it on his face and somehow hanging from the cap visor.
The only egg that could have been in this picture is "Hitler's Fried Egg"
