The only thing to bear in mind where women are concerned is that one cannot live with them and one cannot live without them...
LOL!!! :D Unless, a man has good luck and has a wife that turns out to be a "soul mate"

Allright David, here is an idea, perhaps you could hang up the phone somewhere so no unwelcome phone calls would come? And perhaps, maybe if David signs up with a new account, Jason could give the new account moderator status, transfer all the old Commisar posts (other than the ones by David's mum) to the new account, and delete the Commisar account, thus ending the whole business?

Best of luck with getting back the laptop! :D

Actually, Paddy the quote is "Women - can't live with then, and you can't shoot them".....

Dave, if someone named me after Guy Gibson's dog I wouldn't take it amiss....

Hmmph. A true Commissar would have dealt with this slander before it was allowed into the open. The Boss will not be impressed.

Hi Akira!

Don't be too hard on the Commissar. He was a well-intentioned comrade.

Yes Phylo that is so, but bear in mind that even the grandest commissar of them all, Lavrenti Beria, was arrested, tried in secret and executed in the end. So why should this evil commissar suffer a better fate?

The Commissar chases Forum Heroes, not ballerinas--ballerninas are too light on their feet!

(Meanwhile, behind the scenes, a tremendous conflict rages between Akira, the unrepentant Japanese Militarist and the Commissar, guardian of everything Socialist.......Where will it end? Will Akira "Pearl Harbor" the Commissar or will the Commissar "Nomonhan" Akira? An entire identity is at stake.)

Best,
David
