What would have been the difference between the Armoured Kompanies and the motorised ones?
Was it just the presence of half tracks?
Or would it have included other armour such as Ladungsleger & minenroller tanks as well?

David, if you look at Christoph's WW2daybyday site in the KStN section under Pioniere you'll find the totals for a Company in 1938 and late 1944 along with the 1937 BHQ figures. Sorry that I can't give you closer than that.
