The sinking of the Wilhelm Gustloff
Hi. My name is Javier Moreno, and I am a spanish journalist. I am trying to write a story about the sinking of the Wilhelm Gustloff and the suffering of the german population at the end of World War II, and I would be very grateful to get information, and possibly contact any survivor, or their families. Thank you.
Some of these might help you (one of these came right from our very own FeldGrau!).

Just a few to mention. You might try doing a search on such search engines as Google.com or AltaVista.Com for simple keywords like "Wilhelm Gustloff". As to finding survivors, I would contact someone in Germany. You have to work through channels of research for things like that. Don't expect something big to jump out at you first thing.
Hope this helps.
