If you scroll down there is a list of the numbers of EK holders of various nationalities in the Wiking division as of Sept. 1941.
Not exactly what you want, but it is an interesting table nonetheless.

Hi guys -
I can add a (very) small bit of information concerning awards of the iron cross in the "Handschar" Division:
In a letter to Gottlob Berger dated 16 April 1944, the Handschar Division commander, K-G Sauberzweig, wrote that the Bosnians of his division had been awarded "eighty iron crosses." The division entered combat on 10 March 1944, so this seems to be the number of medals awarded for about one month in action. The former adjutant of II/28, Willi Kost, once told me that a few Bosnians in his unit had been awarded the EK I.
I hope this helps.
Best regards,
George Lepre

The below is excerpted from an article I wrote for this site a few years ago. It concerns the Norwegians only. In volume 5 of Vlaanderen in Uniform, Jan Vincx estimates that 52 Flemings received the EKI, and 430 the EKII (presumably, that means 378 received the EKII only, with 52 going on to get the EKI). I don't have figures handy for other nationalities.
A further 29 Norwegians have been identified as receiving the Iron Cross I. These men
are, alphabetically:
1. Uscha. Inge Martin Bakken, with 5./Westland after Cherkassy (his photo is on
page 206 of Panzergrenadiere der Panzerdivision Wiking im Bild).
2. Ustuf. Johan Petter Balstad, as a platoon commander in 7./Norge.
3. Ustuf. Kaare Brynestad, as O.O. of II./Norge after the Westsack fighting.
4. Hstuf. Per Böresen, as the Arzt of I./Norge on February 2, 1944.
5. Ostuf. R.N. Böresen as the adjutant of II./SS-Panzer Artillerie Regiment 11
during 1945.
6. Uscha. Alf Fjeld, in Germania after Cherkassy.
7. Uscha. Fritjof Hegg, with SS-Panzer Regiment 5.
8. Stubaf. Egil Hoel, with the staff of III.(germ.) SS-Panzerkorps.
9. Ostuf. Sophus Kahrs, as commander of 1./SS-Skijäger Bataillon Norge during
July 1944 (his photo is on pge 151 of Waffen-SS: Many Nations, One Motto).
10. Ustuf. Per Kjölner, as the adjutant of SS-Panzer Abteilung 11 Hermann von
Salza on July 31, 1944 (his photo is on page 274 of Waffen-SS: Many Nations, One
Motto).
11. Uscha. Nils Lande, as a squad leader in 2./DNL during 1942.
12. Uscha. Sverre E. H. Larsen, with Regiment Nordland (he was the driver for
Fritz Vogt with I./Norge, "Nahkampf" Larsen lost his left arm on January 17, 1944 but
later rejoined Vogt in the reformed I./Norge, his photo is on page 14 of Siegrunen #58).
13. Stubaf. Jonas Lie, as temporary commander of DNL during 1942 (his photo is
in a variety of works, including pages 54-55 of Waffen-SS: Many Nations, One Motto).
14. Uscha. Per Meidell, with 14.(Pak)/DNL during 1943.
15. Ustuf. Gösta Myhrvold, with 9./Norge on February 22, 1944.
16. Rttf. Arne Nilsen, with I./Nordland during 1942 or 1943.
17. Hscha. Arne W. Nilsen, in 1./DNL during 1943 (his photo is on page 151 of
Waffen-SS: Many Nations, One Motto).
18. Rttf. Per Ramberg, in 10./Norge during October 1944.
19. Uscha. Paul Saether, with SS-Flak Abteilung 5 during 1944.
20. Uscha. Willy Schakesby, with Reg. Norge during 1944.
21. Ustuf. Jan Schneider, with 1./Hermann von Salza during 1944 (his photo is on
page 65 of Korps Steiner).
22. Ustuf. Axel Steen, posthumously as the leader of 3./SS-Skijäger Bataillon
Norge during the summer of 1944 (his photo is on page 174 of Waffen-SS: Many Nations,
One Motto).
23. Ustuf. Bjarne Sveen, with 12./Norge during 1944 (his photo is on page 33 of
the January 1995 issue of Der Freiwillige).
24. Ostuf. Harald Normann Södahl, as the commander of 6./Norge in March 1944.
25. Rttf. Lage Sögaard, with the Pak platoon of 12./Norge during February 1945
(his photo is on page 265 of Waffen-SS: Many Nations, One Motto).
26. Rttf. Hermod Tuft, with 4./Westland.
2 7. Uscha. Olav Thunestveit, posthumously with KG Scheibe in February 1945 (his

28. Rttf. Helge Tollefsen, in 8./Germania at Cherkassy.
29. Stubaf. Arthur Qvist, as commander of DNL during 1942 (his photo is
published widely).
Finally, it is rumored that Frode Halle received the award at one his assignments, but this
is unconfirmed.

I have found this list in the excellent book from Perry Pierik "Van Leningrad Naar Berlijn" about the Freiwilligen Legion Niederlande.
Note that most EK I awards are to germans NCO's and CO's.
Hope it helps

Yes offcourse, the leader gets the credit. Maybe in his unit which is just one battalion of the 28.Regiment, right? In others, there were Bosnian officers who earned, what? atleast one fourth of the 80 medals.George Lepre wrote:Hi guys -

Best regards,
But it's of no importance because even if the men did bad, they wont get punished, the officer will. So the men earn all the awards in infantry divisions but the panzer divisions, a tank commander may win them.
Semper Fi!!!!!
