What I have complements the good information Jarek provided. It comes from Siegrunen #69, and is based on the research of Hungarian expert Rudolf Pencz. A German version appeared in Der Frewillige, but I haven't seen that article.
The namesake of Reg. Schulze was Herbert Schulze, the Knight's Cross winner formerly with Reg. Der Führer. It is not believed that he was ever promoted to Obstubaf. His I. Bat. commander was Stubaf. Kanth, the II. Bat. commander was Stubaf. Maurer. The III. Bat. commander was Hstuf. Böhm.
For Reg. Siegmann, Pencz agrees with his name and rank, and has a very similar I. Bat. commander, calling him Stubaf. Jägers, with the "s" possibly a typo. A different name is given for II. Bat., Hstuf. Dülfers. The III. Bat. commander is listed as Hstuf. Weiss.
The Artillerie Abteilung commander is also listed as Obstubaf. Curtius, but with "Dr." before his name, and "Arthur" as the spelling of his first name (again a possible typo). Curtius was formerly commander of schwere SS-Artillerie Abteilung 503, which apparently never joined the III. (germ.) SS-Panzerkorps. It was in formation in Austria or the Protectorate, and whatever it amounted to was added to Curtius' group in late April 1945, under the leadership of Hstuf. Schnell.
For Reg. Konopacki, Pencz shows partial agreement. He also has Eckert as the I. Bat. commander, but places Bormuth with the II. Bat. as commander. For the III. Bat., the commander is listed as Hstuf. Herbert Effenberger (German Cross in Gold November 8, 1943).
The article lists various company commanders, and many training units which contributed cadre personnel. I can provide these details if requested, but the above is long enough for the moment!

Re: KGr Trabant or "Böhmen - Mähren"
Hey everybody. I've been researching this unit and most sources are unavailable. In the thread, one thing has thrown me. Martin Block lists the 12 Sturmgeschutze in Kampfgruppe Trabandt but Jarek has them in Kampfgruppe Mahren as 2. /SS-Pz. Jg. (StuG) AuE Abt. Chlum. I have to assume these mean the same thing.
Also, I know there is a lot of confusion about who called them what, but I should also mention that I've seen them listed as SS Kampfgruppe Trabant I, II and III, because they were part of SS Kampfgruppe Division Bohmen und Mahren.
