Bomber Units Of The Luftwaffe Vol 2 by Henry L de Zeng (ISBN: 978-1-903223-87-1) does mention that I./KG 77 attacked shipping withdrawing from Tallinn to Kronstadt, sinking and damaging several on 28/29th August 1941.
