Hi,
Maybe it's a silly question, but can anyone explain to me why a PM I wrote to someone stays in the Outbox-box, instead in the Sent Messages box?
I tend to believe the message is not send at all !
TIA,
Piet

Certainly not an expert and I am sure Phyllo will give the correct answer but I thought the message stays in the outbox until the recipient opens the message?

There's a number of things to check.
First of all - it can hang up in your mailbox because the intended recipient's In Box is full and he can't receive it.
Second - it can hang up in your Out Box...because YOU don't have any room left in your Sent Messages Box for the message to transfer to. Check that.
In the event of those two being fine - then it's simply a case that the recipient hasn't logged in to pick it up.

Hi there,
My sent messages-box is 54% full. So, that's not the problem.
Thanks for the answers,
Piet
