i'm reading "panzer commander" by Hans von Luck at the moment and he mentions sometinhg called pervitin. i assume that this is a stimulant but what were the effects, who was given it etc?

if anyone has read the book, what do you think about it?

Pervitin is very similiar to methamphetamine. Over the years it has become pretty common in eastern Europe and the FSU.
