II.SS-Art.Reg 54 commanders

Post by Edwin Meinsma »

Hello,

Recently I'm doing some research on the SS Art.Reg. 54 of Brigade "Nederland".

Any info on the following commanders of the II.Abteilung would be highly appreciated:

Hstuf Topeters (kia)
Hstuf Quintus de Veer
Hstuf Anton Aigner (DK in Gold 02-07-1944)

Thanks in advance

Thanks for the info Mark! :D

I have another question. In the KTB of "Nederland" (23-02-1944) are some remarks about shortages (supplies, equipment etc.) have to be reported to "Wa.-Mun". Do you know what this means ? Could it be Wirtschaft abteilung or something ?

Thanks.

Looks like the abbreviation for Weapons and Munitions officer, a staff post.

 you're right, ofcourse.. Wa-Mun means Waffen-Munition

sometimes you start thinking really complex while the answer is soooo simple. Thanks.
