lol, a lot of small places like this are so remote that they can only be supplied by foot, and are closed in winter :wink:
Some local yokel farmers who double as innkeepers in the high country during the summer months traditionally have done this kind of stuff for their guests. In some of these places, you never know who at the inn is going to abruptly stop being an owner or server, just pick up an instrument (locally it's usually a button accordion and a baritone), and surprise their diners with a few traditional tunes ... it's a unique and civilized touch to hospitality that I've never seen elsewhere :D
