I apologize if this is not the correct place for this post (mods feel free to move). Some twenty plus years ago I inherited a handful of German WWI uniform items from the daugther of an American WWI vet; one of these items was an enlisted man's shoulder strap from Infantry regiment 157, at the time, I had notes on this regiment but over the years they have gone missing I would very much like to be able to re-write m notes on this unit, if anyone can point me in the right direction.
