Liberia start war against Germany, but dont fight.
Have some one here read what the german says then one of the two black states in Africa start war?
Abbesinnia was the second independent state in Africa. And was neutral.

Abysinnia=Ethiopia, had defeated an Italian invasion in 1896 and wanted no part of a European war.
Liberia was started as a nation in 1847 as a refuge for freed Black slaves with American support and, as such, had a long, long history of dependence on the U.S.A. Its constitution was modeled on that of the U.S. and it was only the U.S.A.'s guarantee that kept Liberia from becoming a European colony throughout the 19th and early 20th centuries. So who do you suppose this state would back aside from the U.S. in WWI? Look at its flag, for heaven sakes!!!!!!!!!!!
