Hello Raul,
Some pics of Oostende (Belgian coast) in may 1940:

Destructions into the Leffingestraat (Leffingestreet). On the right we can see an flemish word "bewoond". That means that there are inhabitants in that house.

Looking again that picture actually it was the front of the vehicle (with the turret rotated 180 degrees) and a single license plate, here goes the rear view of the same vehicle (two license plates, one on each side) and shortly after the action because the vehicle is still on the road.
