Hardcover, 152 pages, 1st edition 1978, by the Kompanie-Kameradschaft
very good condition , no dustwrapper (I don't know if it should have one, my other book has neither)

This book ist still on the internetmarket but, last time I checked, nowhere to be found for a price below 65 Euro (and that is without shipping).
I sell a copy for 55 Euros (European - EC- destination - shipping cost "normally" 10 Euro) or 62 Euros (over seas US - shipping cost "normally" 16,10 Euro ) shipping included.

I don't think that this book was published with a dust cover. I purchased my copy when it was first published and there was no dust cover. It's an excellent book with a lot of detail.
