Hi my Shadowy friend,

I have to admit that, even if I am an experimented soldier of the feldgrauian Foreign Legion (more than my number of posts indicates), I didn't know who were the "Forum Heroes". I've just heard about the "Forum Hero Tales", but never seen a conversation before. But I cried reading this one : so funny ! :D

I know our Commissar, I have had the pleasure to read some of his contributions, sometimes (very good) answers to my own questions.
I know also Prit, our doctor, who prefer to cut than to heal (a real military doctor, I like that) and who furnished me an excellent map of Crimea.
I know others, but less (except you - my brother-in-arm since our common Martini campaign, and William, of course).

Sorry to introduce myself in a thread, but I can't let them tell that "Shadow" had a smaller gun than them. Actually, I wanted to tell them the "frisky" episod, but I had to stop my attempt to do so : my English is too bad :(

Best !

Commissar,

My apologizes. I spoke about the height of the gun, not its caliber. L71, it's longer than a "socialist" gun, I think. ;-)

What do you think about our 80cm gun, the one which destroyed one of your subterran supply depot 25m underground in Sevastopol ? Subtlety and technique, said Tom. Tom is a wise man ;-)

Eheh :D

Ah, yes, I always thought you guys were over-compensating for a lack of manpower! But, I intend to look at it again the next time I'm at the museum near Moscow.

Now, what's this about a Frisky Shadow???

Best Regards,
