Hi Guys,

Has anyone noticed that the US 101st Airborne Division was still in Kuwait when the incident took place? Furthermore, has anyone noticed that it was its troops that were shown doing intensive urban warfare drills a few weeks ago?

Any bets on an airborne descent by 101st Airborne Division either to the north of Baghdad, or even into the city itself, during the next few days?

Cheers,

Sid.

A drop of a whole division into Bagdad itself is suicide. There will be no need for a drop since Bagdad will be surrounded before the coalition will try to storm this fortress.

Hi Baltasar,

Ordinarily I would agree with you, but Donald Rumsfeld promised us a war like no other..........

Hi sid

Well, he certainly kept his promise as the coalition seems to suffer more casualties by friendly fire or "acident" than by enemy contacts. :?

Before you all jump on the religion/terrorist band wagon with regards to this bloke, take a look at it from his perspective. He may have been getting goaded for years by his comrades because of his religion and he finally snapped. No excuse for his actions of course and he should hang but there could be a long and sad history to this story. It may even be something waaaaay out of left field, like he may have just found out that one of the guys in the tent has been nailing his wife! You just never know do you! :D

Since the September 11th, 2001 TV says that Islam is a peace religion, and their culture is just different…

We can see how different and how peaceful…

Irak is not a fundamentalist Muslim state

In case you don't know, it's a secular state like Turkey and bin Laden is definitely not on good terms with Saddam.

But there is so-called education of Islam and their style of life…

WTH are you talking about? Public executions? Not in many many years.
