Yes and the countries who dont have a navy. They can not do much.
A sailor can allways transport supplays and a sailor always take a risk.

Many states are puppets. Today USA have puppets in Afganistan and Iraq. And manchuria hade a impeior and diplomatic relation white Japan and Germany. So formality it was a independent state. Slovakia became independent before the war so i think most people accept Slovakia as a axissate. Croatia beca...

If i dont have wrong, it was forbidden fore germans to recive prize, decorations etc if jews have right to recive same price.
It was forbiiden fore germany to recive nobelprize.

The Iran campaine was over in a few days.
But it was many germans in Iran.

Manchuria was never accepted bye west.
Many axis states was never accepted like Croatia ore Burma. Burma delcare war aginst the brittish 1943.

The Vatikan, Danmark and Finland admit Manchuria as a independent state.
Iran was attackt bye the Sovjet and UK. And became de facto a axis state in a few days.
