My buddy acquired an SS dogtag that turned out to be magnetic (iron or steel). I thought they were only made in aluminum or zinc. Who is

Double litzen on shoulder boards?
I obtained an original animal skin winter coat with NCO shoulder boards. The shoulder boards have two rows of NCO litzen wrapped around the outboard ends of each strap. What does this signify?
