Thanks for the link, I´ve checked the feldgrau statistics for AFV-production as well, and this adds up to about 45.000 tanks, stugs, self-propelled AT guns, and jagdpanzers of all models produced for the wehrmacht from Pz 1 to the Jagdtiger.Which would imply that compared to the ca. 37.000 Pak´s pro...

My point is...

I´ve received some color photos of german vehicles in original colors from Paul Hanson, and I ´ve played around with the Jadpanther photo in Photoshop and it seems that you´re absolutely right about the green color. It turns out that the original photo is in fact tinted slightly red, as is common wi...

It´s definetely a late war picture as the Jagdpanther has the late production mantlet and it´s overall color looks more like dark gray than dark red or olive green. http://ww...

I think both Argentina and Paraguay used the M40 for their armed forces, Argentina was a popular refuge for german veterans after WW II, this included both war-criminals like Adolf Eichmann and war-heroes like Hans Ulrich Rudel (who had trouble finding work in Germany due to his fame in the Third Re...
