Re: Kraftfahr battalion 9

No crown on mine (just the "K" above the "9"), but otherwise yes. I have to look but II think the "k" is a dfferent type of script also.

A number of years ago, I was given two (not a pair) German shoulder straps, which were brought back from the First World War by a US veteran. Re: Rommel at Caporetto

Rommel at Caporetto

I am about to start a new project (historical miniature) of a protrait of Rommel at Caporetto and I was wondering if I should include his IC and or any other awards. I think the IC would be appropriate, but that is it. Thoughts?

FG 42 and brigade Ramcke

Was the Ramcke Brigade issued with FG 42s or just standard infantry weapons (i.e. Mausers, MP 40s etc)?

German Infantry regiment 157 1914-1918

Re: General Dietl

The bust I have is from a company called Plowshare Amoroury. Model Celler seems to have bought most of their pieces but not this one. Thanks for the link to the repro cap badge. I am truky surprised you would use an orginal on a figure, I have an original cap badge and sleeve patch, but would never ...
